Paycom Online Manager of Facilities in Grapevine, Texas

The Manager of Facilities will lead the custodial and maintenance staff, overseeing the upkeep of Paycom's corporate buildings and grounds. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing good relationships with suppliers, vendors, employees, and managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership to custodial and maintenance personnel

  • Oversees 700,000+ square ft. workspace in multiple buildings

  • Tracks and manages facilities projects

  • Supervises preventative maintenance for both the interior and exterior of the building(s)

  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Paint

  • Lawn maintenance

  • Snow removal

  • Parking lot maintenance

  • Inventory management of all maintenance and custodial supplies (kitchen, breakroom, cleaning, attic stock)

  • Upgrade and reconfigure workspaces as required

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience

  • 5+ years of facility/building management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • FMP, CFM, SFP certifications

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills

  • Strong ability to direct multiple projects

  • Ability to perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, ballasts, AC filters

  • Light plumbing

  • Strong ability to define and resolve problems

  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
